Planning Tips for the Summer Race Season

  • Book accommodation early for popular events like Blenheim and the London T100 — nearby hotels sell out months in advance.
  • Check transition opening and closing times in advance — some events have strict equipment drop deadlines the day before.
  • Review the course guide for each event. UK open water temperatures in June and July are typically 15–19°C — wetsuit rules vary by race and category.
  • Register for the race briefing and read the athlete guide in full. Blenheim and the T100 both have detailed rules packs covering drafting, transition, and equipment.
