WTCS Quiberon 2026: How to Watch Live, Start Times and Race Preview

The World Triathlon Championship Series returns to Quiberon on Saturday 20 June 2026 for the fourth WTCS event of the season. Quiberon is a fast, technical sprint-distance course on the tip of the Quiberon Peninsula in Brittany — notorious for technical cycling sections and a brutal sea swim in Atlantic chop. Here’s everything you need to watch it live.

The Course

• Swim: 750 m in the Atlantic off Quiberon beach — exposed, choppy conditions typical
• Bike: 20 km through the peninsula, including the narrow coastal roads at Pointe du Conguel; technical cornering sections where races are often decided
• Run: 5 km out-and-back on the seafront promenade

What to Watch For

Quiberon has historically produced aggressive women’s racing — the technical bike course rewards tactical riding over raw power. Watch for early breakaways on the cycling section trying to shed the main pack before the transition. On the men’s side, Quiberon tends to come down to run pace after a fast bike leg; athletes who exit T2 in the lead group with a sub-15-minute 5K are almost impossible to catch on the flat seafront course.

WTCS 2026 Standings After Quiberon

Quiberon is the fourth WTCS event in 2026 following Yokohama, Alghero and a third event earlier in the season. After this race the series moves to Hamburg (11 July) for mixed relay before returning to London (25 July) for what is typically the most-watched WTCS event of the year on home soil.
