What the retailer lists

  • Accuracy: ±2%, across a 20–2000 W power range and 20–200 rpm cadence range.
  • Connectivity: ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy, with a Zwift compatible mode.
  • Battery: a coin cell, listed as a CR2032 3V with up to 200 hours of use. The prose on the listing says CR2023, which looks like a typo; the spec table and box contents say CR2032 and include one cell.
  • Temperature: automatic temperature compensation from -5°C to +50°C.
  • Build: IP67, with a 10g INPEAK device on the crank and manual zero-offset calibration.
  • Software: updates and scale-factor changes through the INPEAK Manager app, with a low-battery notification.
  • In the box: the crank with integrated power meter, a brief manual, stickers, a spare O-ring, a device data card and the battery.

Cycling dynamics and left/right balance are marked on the listing as features of the TWiN2 version, not this single-sided one.

Where it fits for triathletes

The points below are our reading of the listed specs, not test results.

  • Price. INPEAK describes it on the listing as “one of the cheapest solutions on the market”; compare the £324.99 against dual-sided options before deciding that one leg is enough.
  • One side only. A single-sided meter reports one leg’s output, so a left/right imbalance will not show up in the numbers.
  • Bike swaps. The meter is part of the crank, so it moves with the crank rather than between bikes the way a pedal-based meter can.
