Garmin Enduro 4 Preview 2026: Everything We Know

A new Garmin device bearing regulatory model number A05216 cleared the FCC database on 23 June 2026, pointing strongly to an imminent successor to the Garmin Enduro 3 ultra-endurance GPS watch. Garmin has not officially announced the product, but the filing category and timing leave little doubt about what is coming — and if history is any guide, a launch within the next 60–90 days is likely.

What the Garmin Enduro 3 Already Offers

Before speculating on the Enduro 4, it is worth understanding the baseline the Enduro 3 sets. Launched in October 2024, it remains the benchmark for ultra-endurance triathlon and running watches:

• Battery life: up to 110 hours in standard GPS mode (all systems); up to 286 hours in Expedition GPS mode
• Solar charging: the DLC titanium model's solar lens adds meaningful runtime on long outdoor sessions
• GPS: dual-frequency multi-band GNSS for accuracy under tree cover and in cities

What to Expect from the Garmin Enduro 4

Based on the Enduro 3's specifications and Garmin's recent product trajectory, here is what we would reasonably expect — though the manufacturer has not confirmed any of these details:

• Battery life: we'd expect an improvement on the Enduro 3's 110-hour figure — possibly 120–130 hours in standard GPS mode, based on Garmin's typical generational battery gains
• Display: Garmin has historically kept MIP on its endurance watches to protect battery life; AMOLED is possible but we would not assume it until confirmed
• AI coaching: Garmin rolled out enhanced Daily Suggested Workouts and Training Readiness across its 2025 range; the Enduro 4 will almost certainly carry these as standard
• Trail enhancements: based on the Enduro 3's mountain-sports focus, we'd expect expanded off-road features — improved grade-adjusted pacing, route recalculation and ski/snowboard modes may be refined
• Connectivity: Garmin has been integrating deeper Bluetooth sensor ecosystem support; the Enduro 4 likely follows that trajectory
• Pricing: expect a similar bracket to the Enduro 3 — around £699–£799 at launch — though Garmin has not indicated otherwise
