T100 Singapore 2026 Race Preview: Course, Prize Money and Pro Start List
The T100 World Tour heads to Singapore on April 25-26 for one of the most anticipated stops on the 2026 calendar. With a $275,000 prize purse, a stunning Marina Bay course and expanded race categories, the T100 Singapore promises to deliver world-class triathlon racing in one of Asia’s most iconic settings.
Course Overview
The T100 distance covers 100km total: a 2km swim in Marina Bay, an 80km bike course through the heart of Singapore’s financial district and over the iconic Sheares Bridge, and an 18km run around the waterfront. The flat, fast course suits powerful athletes who can sustain high wattage on the bike and carry speed into the run.
New Race Categories for 2026
For the first time, T100 Singapore is offering Olympic (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run) and Sprint (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) triathlon categories alongside the headline 100km race. Standard and Long Duathlon options also return, giving athletes more ways to race in Marina Bay. Organisers expect a 40% increase in participation year-on-year.
Pro Athletes to Watch
- Kristian Blummenfelt — The Norwegian is in devastating form after back-to-back 70.3 wins at Geelong and Oceanside. He will be a strong favourite for the men’s title.
- Taylor Knibb — The American course-record breaker could add a T100 title to her 2026 trophy cabinet after dominant performances in March.
- Ashleigh Gentle — The Australian has consistently performed well in Asian races and will be looking for a strong T100 result.
- Hayden Wilde — The Kiwi short-course specialist has been expanding into longer formats and Singapore could suit his aggressive racing style.
