- Ventilation: 22 vents linked to internal channels, which Giro calls its Wind Tunnel system.
- Protection: Mips Evolve Core, aimed at reducing rotational forces in some impacts, plus a Roll Cage reinforcement moulded into the EPS foam.
- Fit: the Roc Loc 5 Air system, with a dial that adjusts vertical position and the contact points.
- Design: Giro says the compact shape takes cues from its Aries and Aeon helmets.
Where it fits for triathletes
The points below are our reading of the listed features, not test results.
- Training and sportive helmet. It is a vented road helmet, not an aero time trial lid, so it suits the long steady rides in a build.
- Fit check. Sizes and head shapes vary, so check the sizing on the product page before ordering.
- Price. At £139.99 it is £55.00 below the RRP.
