Hand wash or use a gentle cycle in a wash bag, cold water only, and air dry away from direct heat — the bonded seams and pad foam on race suits like this degrade quickly in a tumble dryer. Rinse chlorine or salt water out as soon as possible after the swim leg to protect the fabric’s compression and colour.
