What to Look For in a Triathlon Bike Computer
Your bike computer handles the longest and most data-rich leg of any triathlon. You want reliable GPS, clear power and heart rate display, solid navigation for unfamiliar courses, and a battery that outlasts even Ironman-distance rides. The Karoo 3 ticks most of these boxes — with one important exception.

The Hammerhead Karoo 3 is the best GPS cycling computer for SRAM AXS-equipped triathlon bikes, and a serious rival to the Garmin Edge for everyone else. The touchscreen interface and sub-120g weight are genuinely differentiated. Its only meaningful gap for triathlon use is the lack of multisport mode — something that matters if you race without a GPS watch on your wrist.
